Invisalign uses a set of clear and removable trays to straighten your teeth, without using brackets or metal wires. These braces are custom made to fit you comfortably. Each new set of aligners are worn for around two weeks (at which time they are replaced), for the duration of the treatment plan. Because the trays are made of smooth plastic, the fit is a comfortable one.  You can remove them to floss, brush, drink and eat.  The total treatment time averages between nine to fifteen months. Because the trays are basically transparent, most people around you won’t be able to see that you are wearing these braces. Not everyone is a candidate for this procedure, but if you are, it is a great way to get that perfect smile you’ve always wanted and deserved.
